General PolicyThis policy applies to all bookings made through the NosyTrip platform, including hotels, spaces, tours, events, car rentals, boat charters and domestic flights. By completing a booking, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms described on this page. All cancellation requests must be submitted through your NosyTrip account. |

Hotels & SpacesCancellations made 5 or more days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 2 to 4 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or for no-shows. |

Tours & EventsTours and events cancelled 5 or more days before the scheduled date are fully refunded. Cancellations between 2 and 4 days before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable. If a tour or event is cancelled by the operator, a full refund will be issued automatically. |

Car RentalCar rental bookings cancelled 5 or more days before the pickup date qualify for a full refund. A 50% refund applies for cancellations made 2 to 4 days before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable. |

Boat & FerryBoat and ferry bookings cancelled 5 or more days before departure are fully refunded. Cancellations 2 to 4 days before departure receive a 50% refund. No refund applies within 48 hours of departure. In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. |

Domestic FlightsDomestic flight cancellations are subject to the individual airline's cancellation policy. NosyTrip will assist in processing refund requests, however the final decision rests with the airline. We recommend reviewing the airline's terms before booking. |

Refund ProcessApproved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. The NosyTrip service fee is non-refundable in all cases. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. |

Modifications & ReschedulesIf you wish to modify your booking dates rather than cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and vendor approval. Date changes made within 48 hours of the booking start time may be treated as a cancellation. |

Force MajeureIn the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control β including natural disasters, political instability, pandemics or severe weather β NosyTrip will work with vendors and customers to find a fair resolution, which may include a full refund or the option to reschedule. |

Changes to This PolicyNosyTrip reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. |
